From January to October this year, Shandong's international cargo throughput reached 173600 tons, up 62.99% year on year and 51.73% year on year.

With the goal of "vigorously developing the international air logistics network and building a global connectivity international route network", Shandong has been continuously increasing or opening new international freight routes. It has successively opened a number of international transport routes, including Jinan London international all cargo air freight route, Qingdao Vancouver passenger cargo international freight route, etc., with a total of 18 international air freight routes.

At present, there are five port airports in Shandong, namely Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai and Linyi, with routes to Britain, Russia, the United States, Brazil, Japan and other countries and regions, which effectively complement the short board of international freight routes, promote the development of air logistics industry, and provide strong support for Shandong to build a new highland of opening up to the outside world.
